A GOOD DIET FOR FAT REDUCTION.
Has approximately 40 to 50 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent fat (mainly “good fats” such as omega-3)and 20 to 30 percent proteins. Don’t stress yourself by  trying to calculate the percentages of calories that fall into each category for each meal. Instead, simply make sure you include a good protein, a complex carbohydrates, an a good fiber source in each meal. Find what proportions of carbohydrates, proteins, & fats are optimum for you & adjust the percentage accordingly. In general, you will attain a percentage close to what I advise, & will turn on the fat burners while shutting down the fat stores.


COUNTING CALORIES ISN’T NECESSARY.
Calories are factor in fat reduction. The higher the numbers of calories from foods,the more energy you must expend burning them off. With my system, counting calories become obsolete.

QUALITY FOODS IN MODERATE PORTIONS.
Is what you need to Focus on and the right ratio of the different types of foods,the calorie count will remain at a level where you can lose weight.
